If he wanted to impress his mother in law he should have bought her a Chevy Cruze.. She’d look cooler and spend less on gas.

My late husband impressed the hell out of my parents by being a good man who loved their daughter. If he’d given them expensive gifts to impress them… let’s just say it would not have worked.
