I’ve seen a map of Pittsburghese that shows it hugging the city a couple counties deep, with a tendril north to Erie and the lake shore. That extension might be getting it into Clevelandese.
There are three dialects in Ohio. North Inland, Inland and South. Cleveland is different from Columbus and they are different than Cincinnati.
I know Clevelandese having hung out a lot up there and the ol’ hometown was close enough. Now I dabble more in inland here in scrubbed Columbus.
