My brother can hardly swallow his muscle control is that weakened. Which means at some point he may not be able to breathe. He can’t even hold his head up and has been regulated to a wheelchair for over two years now.

Yeah, Parkinson’s sucks.

That’s what killed my Dad—eventually you’re asleep and just forget to breathe. Hoping the best for your brother—sometimes the progression stops and starts.
