That tactic certainly worked for the GOP in dragging out the Benghazi investigations.

Did it though? How many people voted against Clinton because of Benghazi that already weren’t going to vote against her? Nor did it ultimately hurt Obama’s presidency.

Acting like you’re going to act but not actually acting doesn’t really accomplish much, at least in my opinion.
