If they had a pic of, say, Obama throwing a grenade into a terrorist hide-out, I could see the interest in its authenticity. Is he supposed to be unable to toss a football? Is such a picture so important they would put their double-sekrit NSA fauxtography team on it? Where’s the beef with this?

I think it’s actually getting the point where they are running dangerously low on stuff to hate him for. So they either recycle stuff that’s been done to death or go for something (like this photo) that’s practically irrelevant.
