Crowder’s more than likely counting on his “attacker” not to take the challenge, because if the guy came forward and submitted himself to criminal charges, Crowder would be up shit creek. He’d have to submit the full, unedited video as evidence. He’d also have to contend with witnesses who’d tell a story of a punk who stepped into a crowd and did everything he could to invoke violence.

Would that fall under the concept of “fighting words”?
