If there is already a restraining order preventing Simcox from having any contact with his alleged victims, how is he able to question them in a court hearing?

That he has a constitutional right to question them is not in question. The question is how to do it without traumatizing the witnesses more than is necessary for the law taking its course (I know how cold that sounds).
