I could be remembering wrong, but I thought he had filed one appeal at that point.

He has repeatedly lied about having previously filed all the way up to the MO Supreme Court.

@ccopperpot3 sued all the way up to the high court and was denied.

There’s no way to interpret that as anything other than a blatant lie, at the time he wrote this he hadn’t even filed his appeal with the State Supreme Court.
