There are people who eat guinea pigs as well (not candy-coated or chocolate-covered though), but I couldn’t (because they’re pets to me).

That was one of my favorite lines from “The Croods”.

What is a “pet”?
-A pet is, well, sort of an animal that you don’t eat!
We have those, we call them “children”.
