Oh, Kragar, you are so behind the times! Anyway, ushering in the End Times is only his excuse for foreign policy. What he really wants is … I dunno, maybe a huge spike in oil prices? Or maybe distracting headlines? Both? Now, what he needs is a nice long rest at government expense somewhere that means he never has to think about what to wear each day.
