So UI is on hold until they give me an interview on the 10th. Last check looks like it’ll be a full one, I might have a half week one after that, but I have no idea if they’ll disable direct deposit or not. I’ll be 2 states away on Thursday so I can’t make it down there to pick one up if they do.
Apparently Nevada Law doesn’t require they pay out earned time off upon termination. I have 135 hours of paid time off (sick leave / vacation time combined) stored up because I never took time for myself, I might just be out the $1000 or so that should add up to.
I’m still in the post-termination daze, so it really hasn’t hit me yet. I can already tell I’m going to be a wreck come this time next week.
