Portman did in Ohio too and so did Toomey in Pennsylvania. Kirk even if I think it is a pure survival move is taking the opposite approach in Illinois last I heard.

I hope that puts ‘paid’ to Portman’s whole run for Senate and Ted Strickland clobbers him in November.
