Every day that ticks by that Biden did not at least attempt to stack the SCOTUS will be felt for years…decades to come.

Rest assured, one of the first things a Republican winner in 2024 will do is stack the Court to eliminate any doubt. 3-5 new Justices all solidly aligned with the most right wing agenda will be appointed to rectify any problems with suspect members appointed by previous Republicans.
