Sneaky thought: they know the world will detect the lies and photo-shopping but they’re doing it as a way to keep us off-balance while the centrifuges spin away.

Kind of like the way the Administration is oblique enough on hot button issues to keep the Republicans all stirred up over a bunch of mist.
