Rush keeps using the term “the alleged shooter” to describe Zimmerman and I want to slap him. That Zimmerman shot Martin is an undisputed fact from all parties involved, alleged has nothing to do with it, other than to spread more disinformation.

I’m seeing the SF Chron doing that as well. It’s odd, but I guess that the shooting hasn’t been established in court—except that I’m fairly sure Zimmerman said that he did it, and there appears to be no reason to doubt him on that point.
