I simply do not understand why it would be so difficult to run the plate number, and you cannot tell me that every cop in the state didn’t know the make,model and color of this guy’s truck. Instead it seems like it was open season on any pick up in gray,black or blue. And to say they weren’t trained to hunt down and catch one of their own is horseshit. He’s a man, not some super criminal. I get that he has military training and he’s motivated by revenge, but so are other criminals who weren’t ex-cops.

Sounds to me like the whole training program needs looking at and revamping.
