Let’s take a moment to remember that the GOP were celebrating around this time last year that they’d succeeded in winning a court case against Obama’s EO directing deportation of non-criminal “illegals” be scaled back on the grounds that the Executive Branch did not possess unlimited power under the constitution to override immigration laws. Now they’re screaming “HOW DARE THE COURTS SAY THE PRESIDENT CAN’T DO WHATEVER HE LIKES!”
