Technical question: could the House Dems open an investigation into Kavanaugh’s financial irregularities and use that as a possible reason for impeachment? Or does judicial impeachment usually require violations while serving in the current position?

ISN’T his action here a violation while serving in the current position? He just stated that he’s going to ignore precedent on something that he testified under oath he had an open mind on!
