There’s a possibility the pro-remain voters might turn out in large droves to elect pro-remain MEP’s. I’ve seen it being discussed - they’re hoping they can monkeywrench Brexit from Brussels.

That is not in the hands of the European Parliament. The UK would have to call new elections and elect a new British Parliament that would be in a position to revoke Article 50.
