Artificially pumping up the stock market through massive tax cuts and direct bailouts so that Biden can watch it finally collapse (and take the blame)

Signing so many crazed EC’s that Biden seems like the “dictator” for signing EC’s to rescind them all.

There is a certain method to the madness, though it be madness nonetheless…
