I’ve found tofu dishes pleasant when it comes to curry, because of its inherent flavor-absorbing properties. Turkey has come a very long way, and I’ve had some turkey burgers that I would actually order at a restaurant. I wouldn’t hesitate at eating a turkey chili, though a tofu chili would give me pause.
