It’s a good Photoshop.

I’ve Photoshopped out (and in) chrome car-reflections plenty of times (to remove reflections of myself, such as in The Concourse of Hypocrisy). It’s pretty easy to do, actually.

Also: I’m not even sure that the “flipping the bird” gesture is used in Iran at all.

Like I said, i’m not definitively discounting it — just remaining skeptical until and if I see it in an unimpeachable source (as opposed to a lolcat motivational poster).
