But Fenway, the name of the act IS American Clean Energy and Security Act.

Don’t discount people just for calling it by the name, no matter how orwellian you find it. I wouldn’t automatically refuse to read news about Afghanistan that referred to “Operation Enduring Freedom” or whatever it was.

Really, I’m on the same side as you about this, believe it or not.
