No, not with US liable laws. She’s a public figure and Fischer’s comments are close enough to (rancid) political speech that courts would throw her suit out. US courts grant very wide latitude in cases of political speech.

And even if the suit was successful, Fischer would get enough wingnut donations to pay the judgement and keep his job.

I think she could, since Fischer didn’t just express a political opinion, he made a flat out counterfactual statement that her “stated goal” is the destruction of western civilization with reckless disregard for its truth. I seriously doubt, however, that she would want to put herself through the ordeal of litigation with this sleazeball.
