Considering the low air pressure, the liquid would boil away rapidly, so you’d have essentially a friction-free surface. And you’d only ‘weigh’ 1/12 what you do here, so you’d have difficulty digging in to turn. You’d probably have as much control as the puck on an air hockey table.
