Biden’s rhetoric frustrates me because it’s so naive and it’s like he forgot that the health care legislation, the big fucking deal was largely inspired by Republican policy and then made out to be Stalinism by the GOP.

Because he kinda implies that the whole obstruction thing during the Obama presidency was a fluke and it won’t happen with him because he is a jocular white guy.
