FFS, I thought that when the number of candidates was halved, it would make the whole thing shorter and more pointed. I didn’t realize ABC would look on in disappointment that all 20 candidates wouldn’t make the debate and decide to tack on an additional hour. Are their talking heads paid by the word or something?
