These folks already have a preferred set of fascist icons that derive from American culture…fuck, part of what makes fascists fash is that they appropriate existing cultural material in the manner of hermit crabs or Ed Gein.

Given the cross pollination of imagery and the urge to own the libs with more and more explicit fash imagery, the possibility that the stage is intentionally shaped like a rune can’t entirely ruled out…but really the things actually being said at superliminal tones don’t really need subtle imagery as a backdrop or signal. Indeed, a lot of attendees are specifically trying to craft an American Christofascist movement that carefully evades the obvious Nazi references but creeps keeps (haha Freudian typo) the creamy ur-fascist center of stab-in-the-back myths and herrenvolk populism…but ultimately loves Franco and Pinochet more.
