Let’s stop wasting time on the pretense that we can have out repug “friends” as allies and pass them both using reconciliation.

I don’t think we can unless we combine them both into a single bigger bill. I don’t know what the rules are for reconciliation, but I thought it was artificially limited to only 1 bill a year, and we got a second one this year specifically for some reason.
