Trump, who interferes in the federal investigation into the terror attack, has claimed that the judicial system in the US stinks, and then ignores fact that Trump’s words can and will be used by the defendant to show that he can’t get a fair trial thanks to Trump’s statements.

Trump’s sabotaging what would otherwise be a slam dunk prosecution by the extremely capable SDNY (Manhattan). This office has more experience on terror-related cases than any other in the nation, except maybe the EDNY (Brooklyn/Queens/LI).
