So you just make the turkey like usual and wrap it in BACON?!! Why did I not think of this?

You know what else is yummy? Take the bacon and cook as usual, but when it’s about half done, you add a mix of brown sugar, bourbon and a little water into a paste and then dump it on the bacon, spread it around and finish cooking. It’s SO good. We use it on sandwiches and in eggs.
