It’s supposed to bring us showers down here in the corner too, but as you can see form the radar the rain is very isolated in San Diego county.

The forecast for tomorrow shows the low over Death Valley barely moving east, but the entire line of low pressure extends all the way up to Canada:

With warm moist gulf air shooting north, it’s going to be a very interesting weekend in Texas and Oklahoma. Possibly Kansas, Arkansas, and points north. That kind of instability means vertical shear, which means supercells.
