How would you do that? By the time ballots are counted, they’re permanently, irreversibly separated from anything with a signature on them, right? They are here, for sure. You know, secret ballot?
The actual ballots must still be in their envelopes.
The signature and other identification is on the outside. They probably question the signatures and never open the envelope until they are satisfied they match.
Then the ballots are taken out and out and put in the reader machines.
There is no ID on the ballot.
That is how they are in Ohio anyway.
