We are supposed to get a merciful reprieve from the 70-plus dewpoints this weekend. Perhaps a rare time in Western NC, for August, when dry air will come in and have lows in the upper 50s.

by this weekend it looks like the upstate will get some upper 60’s lows at night, which makes things bearable. My cat may even feel like she needs some warmth at night, which is nice, because I will admit that I miss my snuggle bunny during the aloof summer season.
