The spouse says when he was leaving, he was talking to a Vietnam vet who was there from ‘66-‘71, got out and went back to grad school the next day. He’s in medical technology, says he can’t volunteer for the campaign this time because he’s going to Italy to attend seminars related to his field, heading over early to learn the language. Hubby thanked him for having gone into the hell hole back then; a couple other ladies were also talking to him. The vet commented that everyone he talked to at the rally had been so nice to him.

I like Democrats. We have some stinkers too, but it seems like a lower percentage.

I’ve noticed that too, at every Dem rally I’ve ever attended . People are friendly and smiling and HAPPY.
