I disagree, he was always explicitly honest about his gang mentality, he just didn’t like having it described as such.

What a piece of shit DF is.

I wanna be clear that I don’t post his tweets in order to generate abuse towards him. He’s a deeply troubled person. There’s something palpably pathological going on in his family background. A number of hints he dropped here paint the picture of an emotionally and possibly cognitively stunted individual who latched onto the Republican political identity in order to ingratiate himself to a clearly abusive father. He’s as much a victim of patriarchal conservatism as anything else.
