Sadly, in the other special election in Wisconsin (AD 42), Rep Jon Plumer has defeated Democrat Ann Groves Lloyd 53% to 45% to 2% for third-party candidate Gene Rubinstein. Why?

Well, a certain junior senator endorsed her but not Frostman. This isn’t a flippant observation; Ms. Groves Lloyd deleted some rather intemperate old tweets during the contest.
