Company ships 2,750 tons of ammonium nitrate to Beirut. Company goes bankrupt. It gets stored and no one disposes of it safely. It just sits.

Which is kinda dumb, even for the incompetent Lebanese government.

I bet there are lots of people in the region who’d pay good money for 2,750 tones of ammonium nitrate.
