Cherry Creek and another tributary meet down below the house and we’ve had water in it most of the year. We’re also right in the boundary of Balconies. The birds here are phenomenal. LOTS of Golden Cheek Warblers and others. There is still some old growth Cedar here on the lot.. We also have lots of Coral snakes in the the area I move a couple over the fence every year. No rattlesnakes so far and we’ve been here since ‘07.
