How is going to fund anything he’s proposing? His whole campaign was based on absurd pie-in-the-sky promises he can’t possibly keep, designed to appeal to the lowest common denominator of the right because he knew they were so degraded by years of indoctrination they’d believe anything.

He’s promising to keep the pre-conditions part…while aiming to strip away everything that allows the pre-existing conditions part to work. That’s fundamentally no different in result than striking it to begin with. He’s playing a shell game that sadly many will fall for anyway.
