The fluoridation ct has been around since the 50s but it wasn’t particularly a fundy speaker thing. It is now, of course, along with practically every form of pseudoscience and antiscience. This is because a lot of the speakers, possibly a majority, are arm-pit deep in alternate health care marketing and various other forms of quackery. Any “official” claim or position in these areas is automatically suspect.

This is like vaccination, where anti-big pharma, anti-western medicine moonbattery meets anti-big government, anti-modern science wingnuttery.
