Yup, and if you bring up suicide with a gun, you’ll get something like “well, they would have killed themselves some other way, with (drugs) (razor) (rope) (jump in front of a train) &c.”

All those things exist now, and are not used much. (Plus drugs that can kill you outright are pretty heavily regulated.) Costs nothing to jump in front of a train, but hardly anyone does it.

Oh yeah, guns are easy and conservatives are interested in deflection, not mental health.
