Ours gets BBQ’d @15 min/lb.

I have a nephew that is King of Smoked Turkeys.

It is amazing what he can do with a few charcoals in a Weber and some wood chips. Very moist and a mild smokey taste. Takes him all day, but he nails ‘em.
