If WI remains gerrymandered yes…for POTUS perhaps, perhaps not. PA not sure. All states, not sure. It depends on who the candidate is.

Gerrymandering doesn’t affect POTUS. As #115 William Lewis points out, the Democrats did pretty well this time in Wisconsin.
