If Trump gets impeached and removed from office, Pence takes his place. There would be absolutely no overturning of the will of the voters from 2016. They voted for Trump-Pence, Trump shat the bed and got the boot, so Pence takes over.

That’s part of why I think it’s a mistake to try to take Pence down with Trump — that’s just getting way too greedy. Let the GOP be the first to try a double impeachment of POTUS and VPOTUS in a corrupt attempt to install their Speaker of the House as President.

Instead, document Pence’s involvement in Trump’s corruption as much as possible and have him face the voters in 2020 without Trump’s shit-charisma to save him.
