Harris should stay in the Senate, that is where she can do the most good (unless a future Democratic president wants to nominate her for the Supreme Court).

Also, I am very leery of any “populist” moment. I don’t trust populism at all.

If Biden is the nominee, I would want Kamala on the ticket, with the possibility that, given his age, she would be the nominee in 2024.
