If Denny’s actually gave a shit they’d have pulled his franchise. It would seem that they have not. Draw your own conclusions.

Denny’s doesn’t really have a good track record with race relations. They got hammered in the 90’s for some stuff they were allegedly doing discriminating against minorities.
