Very true. Sometimes the meeting is literal: I happen to know that some of the traveling fundy speakers are former counter-culture/New Age quacks who wouldn’t have been caught dead in a fundamentalist church. Now, though, they have traded their tie-dyes and jeans for frumpy suits and followed an even more gullible audience to where the money is.
