Well, this may sound really quaint …
but at one time, people took typing classes, where one could learn to type with great accuracy at high speed.

I must have had a great typing teacher. To this day, I can type accurately at close to 100 wpm.

I don’t think there are many folks who can do that any more.

I topped out at 75wpm. I was there, HS elective course, because all the cute girls were there.

I never regretted the skill or the girls.
