A state is better suited to building roads than running power plants. And by proposing infrastructure upgrades Scott Walker is taking action at a time when Obama just proposed something similar, thus avoiding the charge of being a do nothing.

If Walker is doing it, it’s because he was told to do so by his bosses at the Koch Brothers. He’s too corrupt to do anything for the good of Wisconsin.
